Im in love with this cardigan from forever21 with this cardigan you can wear shorts or some nice black skinny jeans. I love forever21 because not only are they fashion forward, but most if not all of there clothes are cheap there material is on point. You can get a whole outfit for less than $100.  F.Y.I this cardigan is only.....$13.50. Where else can you get a cardigan for that price?
